About Me

My name is Trish Rooney. I’m a graduate of New York University’s Arthur L Carter Journalism Institute with a Master’s in Journalism - Magazine and Digital Storytelling. I graduated from Queen’s University in the spring of 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts - Honours in Political Science.

I am passionate about all aspects of the writing process, from putting pen to paper, to research, the editing process, and backend site work. I enjoy pushing myself and developing my worldview through opportunities such as Model United Nations Conferences, Hackathons, and being involved in student media. In my spare time, I am an ameatur yoga enthusiast, a lover of film photography, and an active podcast listener. (Currently listening to: Sounds Like a Cult)
